- ASSIST-U.S. is listed as a subcontractor on the Navy Seaport-e IDIQ contract through our MOU with Andromeda Systems, Inc. Andromeda provides professional and technical services in engineering design and analysis, reliability engineering and analysis, information technology, logistics, process improvement and program management. A Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, ASI supports a variety of US Government and commercial customers.
Technology Associates International Corporation, Carlsbad CA (HQ), Fredericksburg VA:
- Under a Memorandum of Understanding with TAIC, ASSIST-U.S. also qualifies for the Navy Seaport-e IDIQ contract vehicle through this information technology strategic business partner, which describes ASSIST-U.S. as a potential provider of geo-spatial imagery products for TAIC clients. TAIC is an Information Technology and professional services consultancy specializing in customized software and hardware solutions for clients in both the public and private sectors.
URS Corporation, San Francisco CA (HQ), Shrewsbury NJ:
- ASSIST-U.S. is listed as a subcontractor on the URS Rapid Response (R23G) federal contract. URS is a leading U.S. federal government contractor providing operations and maintenance, systems engineering and technical assistance, and program management, primarily to the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.

- SkyIMD, Inc., the innovators in aerial imaging and intelligence solutions headquartered at the San Carlos, CA Airport, and ASSIST-U.S., a provider of specialized aerial imaging services headquartered at the Concord NH airport, are technology partners. Global Relief Technologies, Portsmouth NH:
- Our Memo of Understanding with GRT defines ASSIST-U.S. as Global Relief Technologies’ aerial surveillance and full motion video partner. GRT provides portable communications devices and software solutions that assist emergency responders, humanitarian and reconstruction communities in their life-saving work by facilitating the collection of critical data from remote locations via a secure, integrated solution that provides for more effective evaluation of, and response to, crisis situations.
Saratoga Data Systems, San Jose CA:
- A memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Saratoga Data Systems is helping ASSIST-U.S. solve the problems of the extreme data volumes associated with capturing full motion video (FMV). The Saratoga Optimization Platform will provide ASSIST-U.S. with the ability to manage data size, increase performance of data processing applications and move the data to its destination far faster than previously thought possible. This provides the means necessary to provide our clients with real-time imagery as it is collected from the airborne platform.
